Operating Temperature

Self Serving Catering Lines are produced in different temperature regimes. Usually, the whole line is made of different segments which operate in different temperatures. Combinations are usually hot vitrine (Bain Marie 30-60°C) – ideal for hot meals, cold vitrine (2-5°C) – ideal for dely products and salads, cakes, and neutral segment (room temperature).



Dimensions and types of segments are created according to the client’s request and size of the object.
